Love / Hate Relationship – Part 2

Filed under: Random — Little Miss @ 10:51 pm

After more than an hour in the store, I walked out with one of these, in a pretty sage green.

I’m a very computer literate person, but phones intimidate me. Have I already said that? I almost got a pretty pinky-pearl Blackberry so that I could get my email anywhere, but that would have required an additional subscription fee of nearly $40 a month. I just can’t afford this. I didn’t even want to spend money on this. But I got a good deal, and I like the QWERTY keyboard for text messaging. It’s just going to take some getting used to.

Oh, and it has a 2.0 megapixel camera. Cool.

  2. Hey! That’s the exact phone I have! I love the keyboard – makes texting fast and fun. I don’t use half the stuff that the phone is capable of, but there is an “e-mail” button on it. Couldn’t you then set it up to get your e-mails?

  3. @ Rebecca: Thanks! It makes me feel kinda hip.

@ Bev: I think I could use it for emails. I’ll have to look and see. It sure is a pretty phone.

  4. This phone looks beautiful, but clarify the Qwerty keyboard for me. Is it set up like a typewriter/computer keyboard, is that why it’s faster and easier to use? Because you can find the letters? I never text message if I can help it, because it takes me forever to spell things out. And I insist on spelling them out.

  5. That’s exactly it. Just like a typewriter keyboard. I’m like you – I have to spell the words out and using the number keypad takes me forever. This should be faster. But now everything is so small, I definitely need new glasses. Getting older SUCKS.
