March On

Filed under: Random — Little Miss @ 11:37 pm

I’m ready for March. I have a feeling it will be a good month. It promises to be already.

I took a bunch of pictures today, but it’s so late that I’m too tired to load them up and post them. Y’all will have to wait. I have to get some sleep as I’ve got to go babysit the older two kids tomorrow while my daughter and son-in-law go house shopping. It will still be a couple months before they can buy, but they are doing their due diligence and research.

Today was a good day. I got some work done, got news of more work in the future, and got to see some friends that I had not seen in a long time. One guy I hadn’t seen in about 10 years. I always “liked” him, but I don’t think he ever saw me as more than just another friend. Who knows? Maybe in ten years things have changed. I know I have, that’s for sure. But he’s still as handsome as all get out, genuinely nice with a wicked sense of humor. That makes for a great combination.

  1. Sounds wonderful. Busy, bustling and wonderful. And is Mr. Handsome Nice Humor unattached? Fingers crossed.

  3. @MB: Yes, very much unattached. This was twice that I’d bumped into him in the past week. I just don’t know if I’m the kind of girl he’d be interested in, but I’ve always been very into him. I have to keep reminding myself what a psychic told me once. I’m not dime-store goods. I’m the real deal. I also remind myself that at my age, everyone has baggage.

@Mermaid: I’m sorry everyone there has been sick. I guess that’s one benefit of never getting out of the house – one never gets around the germs, but then one gets mighty lonely not getting out.
